Holly using Grunge board

Hi everyone! I made this clean and simple Holiday card out of some grunge board!

I have an old Sizzix die called Holly and Berries that I used to cut the grunge board out with. They are both colored with alcohol inks in Willow and Cranberry. I got a little creative on the edges and colored them in with a blending stump dipped in the alcohol ink.

Scarlet jewel cardstock was used as the base for this card. I glued the die cuts down with some Mono Adhesive and then paper pierced around the perimeter. The sentiment is stamped in Memories Chalk ink in delicate rose, which sounds like it wouldn't even be close to matching that scarlet cardstock, but does! No other embellishments needed on this one!

Have a great weekend! I'm off to do some Holiday baking!

Supplies:
Grunge board
Alcohol inks in Willow and Cranberry
Blending stump
Memories chalk ink in delicate rose
Sentiment stamp - The Angel Company
Cardstock - PTI
